Can I modify my reservation?

Everything depends on the terms and conditions related to the rate you booked. These terms and conditions are specified on your booking.

Can I receive an invoice before my stay?

If required, we can send you a pro-forma invoice before your stay. The invoice will then be modified at the end of your stay.

From what time do I have to check-out of my room?

Checkout is scheduled for 12:00pm. Late checkout is available for an extra €40, except on Sunday. Please contact the front desk.

What are the differences between room categories?

Standard Room: Rooms consists of a double queen size bed. They are equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV, complimentary products, a minibar with 2 free bottles of water and a safety deposit box.

Superior Rooms: Rooms consist of a double queen size bed and a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. They are equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV, complimentary products, a minibar with 2 free bottles of water and a safety deposit box.

Executive Room: Rooms consist of a double queen size bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and a recliner for 1 person.  They are equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV, complimentary products, a Nespresso machine, a full free minibar and a safety deposit box. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided.

JUNIOR Suite: 60m2 rooms consist of a double king size bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and a recliner for 1 person. They are equipped with a 46-inch flat screen TV, complimentary products, a Nespresso machine, a full free minibar and a safety deposit box. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided.

Special NOVOTEL room: Special NOVOTEL rooms are located on the ground floor and have 4 single beds. They are equipped with a 106cm flat screen TV.

What is included in the rate?

Everything depends on the price that you booked. We have special offers including a pre-paid breakfast when booking.


The tourist tax of €0.99 (all taxes included) per adult and per night must be paid at the hotel during check-out.

Should I wish to have a duplicate of my invoice, how do I go about it?

Simply send us a request via our website or e-mail if you require a duplicate.

From what time can I check-in?

Check-in is from 2:00pm according to availability. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay by bank card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and in cash. The hotel does not access payment by Futurochque or Chque Cadoc.

Where is the hotel located?

The NOVOTEL POITIERS Site du Futuroscope hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope theme park and close to the A10 motorway exit no. 28.

We are traveling with children. Can we have an extra bed placed in the room?

NOVOTEL Child Policy:

Free accommodation and breakfast buffet for 2 children under the age of 16 sharing a room with their parents or grandparents. Breakfast must be eaten together as a family.

Baby's cot: available free of charge by request in the "comments" section at the end of booking. Or please contact the hotel.

What do you serve for breakfast?

Every day from 6:30am to 10am, we offer an all-you-can-eat buffet for Û15.50 per adult and free for 2 kids under 16 sharing a room and having breakfast with their parents. Breakfast includes pastries, fresh cheeses, fresh fruit salad, dried fruit, fruit, different cereals and an assortment of fresh bread, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and eggs of your choice. Vending machines with hot drinks and fruit juices are also available.

Am I allowed to bring a pet?

Animals are welcome in the hotel for an extra free of Û10 per pet and per night.

Where can I leave my bags if the room is not ready or I have left the room?

Our luggage room is open to customers 24/7.

How do I get to the hotel?

From Paris, Orléans, Tours and Bordeaux (A10): take exit 28: Futuroscope, then the 4th exit off the roundabout.

From the Gare du Futuroscope and Gare de Poitiers stations: Line 1 during the week and line E on weekends and bank holidays: Futuroscope Lycée Pilote stop in front of the hotel.

Can I plan a surprise for my friend or spouse before the day of arrival?

The entire hotel staff will be happy to help you with all your requests. Please contact the hotel directly.

Do you have a fitness room?

The hotel has a fitness room with two saunas. Towels and slippers are available. Free access for anyone staying at the hotel.

Do you have a shuttle to go to the Futuroscope theme park?

The Futuroscope theme park offers free shuttles to the park during school holidays, every Saturday night and Sunday morning and on bank holidays. Times are displayed at the front desk.

What equipment is available in the workout centre?

The workout centre is equipped with a treadmill, a bike and a weight bench.

Can I organise a meeting at the hotel?

What are the restaurant hours?

Our NOVOTEL Café restaurant is open every day from 12pm to 2:30pm except weekends outside school holidays and every evening from 7pm to 10:30pm.

The Bar is open every day from 7am to 11:30pm.

You can also eat at any hour of the day with our "Service at any time" option.

Do you have a car park?

The hotel offers free closed private parking under video surveillance from 11pm to 7am.

How late can we arrive in the evening?

A receptionist is available 24/7.

What does the hotel have for children?

The following are available to children:

Is your pool open all year around?

Our heated pool is open from Easter weekend until the end of the All Saints holiday period. Towels are available at the front desk on request.

The hotel has free high speed Internet. The Wi-Fi password is available at the front desk. Upon arrival, you will be given a username to use during your stay in order to access our Wi-Fi services.

A Business Corner is also available consisting of 2 Mac computers with free Internet access. Ability to print at the front desk.
